No. There is no cap. If you refer 5 practices that all sign, you earn 10 months of waived service or $12,500 in credits. We will also consider special arrangements for clients who refer consistently — reach out to your account manager.

The reward is earned when the referred practice completes 90 days of paid service. The 2-month service waiver is applied to the next two monthly invoices after the 90-day mark. The $2,500 credit is applied to your account on the same schedule.

No penalty to you. The referred practice still gets the free audit. You only earn the reward if they sign and complete 90 days of paid service, but there is no downside to making a referral that does not convert. Refer freely — we do the qualifying.

Client Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility. To participate as a referrer, you must be a current Revenue Synergy client whose account has been active for six (6) or more months in good standing. Good standing means your account is current on all invoices and there are no open material service disputes.

2. Qualifying Referral. A qualifying referral is a US-based healthcare practice that (a) is not already in Revenue Synergy’s sales pipeline as of the referral submission date, (b) signs a Master Services Agreement with Revenue Synergy within 180 days of the referral submission, and (c) completes 90 consecutive days of paid service under that agreement.

3. Reward Structure. For each qualifying referral, the referrer may elect either (a) two (2) months of Revenue Synergy service waived, applied to the two monthly invoices immediately following the qualifying 90-day mark, or (b) a $2,500 account credit applied on the same schedule. Reward election is made at the time of referral submission.

4. No Referral Cap. There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a referrer may submit. Rewards are additive and paid per qualifying referral.

5. Referred Practice Benefits. The referred practice receives a complimentary revenue cycle audit (valued at $3,500) regardless of whether they sign a contract. If they sign, they receive fifty percent (50%) off their first month of paid service. These benefits are non-transferable.

6. Permission to Contact. By submitting a referral, the referrer represents that they have the referred contact’s awareness and consent to share their business contact information with Revenue Synergy, or that the referrer is providing the information as a general business introduction.

7. Forfeiture. Rewards are forfeited if: (a) the referrer’s account moves out of good standing prior to reward application, (b) the referred practice terminates service before completing 90 days, or (c) the referral is found to violate Section 2 (already in pipeline).

8. Tax Treatment. Rewards valued over $600 in a calendar year may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC. Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Program Changes. Revenue Synergy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes apply to referrals submitted after the change date; referrals submitted prior remain subject to the terms in effect at submission.

10. Disputes. Any disputes regarding program eligibility or reward payment will be resolved by Revenue Synergy in its reasonable discretion, in consultation with the referrer.
