Headquartered in Plano, TX, Revenue Synergy delivers end-to-end revenue cycle management built for the Texas healthcare market. From TMHP Medicaid claims to complex commercial payer negotiations, we turn every encounter into collected revenue for providers across the state.
We are not a distant call center. We are your neighbors in the DFW metroplex, with deep expertise in the payers, regulations, and challenges that define Texas healthcare.
Our office at 6860 N Dallas Pkwy in Plano puts us in the center of the Texas healthcare corridor. We know the local market because we operate in it every day, building relationships with Texas payers, providers, and regulatory bodies.
Navigating TMHP is complex. Our team manages enrollment, claims submission, prior authorizations, and appeals for Texas Medicaid and all major Medicaid managed care organizations including Superior, Molina, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
Every Texas payer has unique billing rules, timely filing deadlines, and appeal procedures. We maintain comprehensive payer profiles for BCBS of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and regional plans so your claims are processed correctly the first time.
Texas providers face oversight from the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on Medicaid billing, documentation, and audit requirements. We ensure your billing practices align with Texas Administrative Code rules and HHSC audit expectations.

Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 181, commonly called HB 300, expands healthcare privacy obligations beyond what HIPAA requires. It treats anyone who comes into possession of PHI in Texas as a "covered entity," requires biennial state-specific privacy training in addition to standard HIPAA training, mandates breach notification to the Texas Attorney General within 60 days, and authorizes civil penalties up to $250,000 per violation. Texas providers and their business associates are responsible for HB 300 compliance even if they would not otherwise be HIPAA covered entities.
Revenue Synergy's compliance program is built to meet HB 300 standards as a baseline:
