Any practice that reaches us through that URL, or that the partner registers via our deal registration form, is attributed to the partner for commission purposes. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on a net-30 basis. Partners receive a monthly commission statement showing all active accounts, monthly service revenue, commission earned, and payment details. Payments are made via ACH or check. Initial commissions begin the month after the referred practice completes its first paid month of service.
No. The program is free to join and there is no minimum referral volume. We do vet applicants to make sure there is a natural fit with our ICP (US-based healthcare practices with 1-50 providers). Approval typically takes 5 business days.
