Joint Case Study Outline

If your partner team prefers to draft from scratch, here is the structure we recommend. Keep total length to 800-1,200 words.

Section 1: Client Snapshot

Practice name (or anonymized), specialty, locations, providers, monthly claim volume, EHR system. 3 to 5 lines. Anchor the reader.

Section 2: The Challenge

3 to 5 specific pain points before the engagement. Use real numbers (denial %, AR days, missed authorizations). Skip generic language.

Section 3: Joint Solution

How the EHR and Revenue Synergy worked together. Integration setup, who did what, timeline. Make the partnership visible.

Section 4: Outcomes

Quantified results in a tight table. Before vs After: clean claim rate, AR days, denial rate, monthly revenue, $ recovered. Anchor with one client quote.

Section 5: Client Quote

One quote, 30 to 50 words, attributed to a named role (Practice Manager, CFO). Quote should reference the joint partnership, not just one vendor.

Section 6: Co-Branded CTA

Single CTA pointing to a joint landing page or partner manager. Include both partner logos in the footer with a one-line legal note.
